Refunds & Cancellation

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in salable condition. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped.Do to the circumstance that the buyer is not able to ship the item back to our facility you might be eligible fo a 50% refund.

 We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, but ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

 Its is the BUYER responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Switchitz is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.

 If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
